Our Commitment to You

At Como Bonita Luxury Skincare, we take great pride in the quality of every product we create. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Gift sets that have been partially used
  • Sale or discounted items marked as final sale
  • lip products(incluhdinglip balms, lip treatments, lip seams)

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at comobonitaskincare@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with further instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
